Testing - Still Scene [50.1 PMMA ASPH]
Having tested my first optic to the fullest of it's potential, I decided to have a look at my aspherical lens. Aspherical lenses have a huge list of benefits, non of which can be seen in any of the following still scene test photos. This lens was a nightmare during manufacture and has proven to be a nightmare in testing as well, it simply doesn't work. It reduces one error and adds another. I will explain why it's a total fail in the next post, but for now here are the test shots:
